

MANY CONGRATULATIONS to Dependant Session vocalist KIRSTEN JOY who was one of the acts featured on the hit BBC show, THE VOICE. Kirsten landed herself a place on Jessie J’s team and whilst she wasn’t successful in making it through the ‘Battle Rounds’ she showed the nation what an incredible talent she is.
Kirsten has performed with acts such as Girls Aloud and Kylie Minogue and for her blind audition on the new BBC series, she sang ‘Heaven’ by Emeli Sande.

Kirsten is a phenomenal singer has plenty of industry experience. She is one of the lead vocalists in the acclaimed ACM Gospel Choir, who reached the semi-finals of the BBC Last Choir Standing in 2008.
Kirsten has also spent a lot of time working as a backing singer singing for Kylie Minogue, performing as a warm-up act for Girls Aloud and Lemar. More recently, she has performed as one of the cast members of THE GO!GO!GO! SHOW, a family pop musical featuring five stars of stage, screen and pop. The touring show is produced by Mike Stock (of Stock, Aiken and Waterman fame) and all the dance routines are choreographed by Paul Domaine, choreographer for The Saturdays, Sugababes, Dannii Minogue and lots of BBC shows.
Kirsten’s other TV credits include ITV’s “Britain Sings Christmas”, GMTV (singing with David & Carrie Grant and other celebrities), ITV’s ‘Ultimate Movie Toons’ (backing Michael Ball) 2010 and the Eurovision song contest 2010, where she sang backing vocals in Oslo.
Kirsten is hugely experienced studio singer and has sung on countless albums and works regularly with Grammy Award winning music producer Trevor Horn (Robbie Williams, Buggles, Seal, Paul McCartney, Tom Jones) amongst others.
